Health & Safety
Health and safety is a core priority across all Inspire projects, particularly when working within live environments where the protection of building users is critical.
We operate a comprehensive health and safety management system, supported by experienced project managers, site supervisors and a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor. Regular reviews, audits and internal meetings ensure that performance is monitored and continuously improved.
Risk management is central to our approach. We carry out detailed risk assessments and method statements for all activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing effective control measures to minimise risk on site.
We invest heavily in training and development, ensuring that our teams maintain a high level of awareness and competence. This includes both internal training and the use of specialist external advisors where required.
We also adopt safer, modern methods of construction wherever possible. For example, the use of cold-applied roofing systems and our innovative thermographic monitoring approach help to reduce fire risk during installation, particularly on live sites.
Our commitment to health and safety is supported by recognised industry accreditations, including CHAS, SafeContractor, Constructionline and Exor.
